Your orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and will be shipped out within 2 business days. You will be sent an e-mail confirmation once your order has been placed and another when your order is shipped.

All orders will be shipped using Australian Post.

Scrapbook Inn has gone to considerable time to ensure our site is completely safe for you to shop. All billing and shipping information you provide is for the sole purpose of processing your order. The information is sent in encrypted form through a secure server for your safety, and will never be sold or given out to anyone.

You can pay by credit card or direct deposit via phone/mail by clicking the "cheque or money order" on the website and checkout as normal. When mailing orders and paying by credit cards, please include  your credit card number, expiration date and name on card.

Please print a copy of the order for your records and note your order number when posting either your cheque or money order. The order number will be automatically sent to you by our system when making the order. Note there is a bank clearance delay when paying by cheque.

3. C.O.D

We also except C.O.D orders using Australia Post. Please note that C.O.D orders incur an extra postage charge for the return post office money order on top of the normal shipping charges.
